Nobody Told You It Would Feel Like This.

Nobody Told You It Would Feel Like This.Nobody Told You It Would Feel Like This.Nobody Told You It Would Feel Like This.

The diagnosis was hard enough. Doing it alone is a different kind of hard entirely.

No partner to drive you to appointments. No one to sit with the fear at 2am. No one to make sense of the information with you - or hold you together when you can't hold yourself. You're managing all of it. And you're exhausted in a way that has nothing to do with the treatment. You found this page for a reason.

Who You Are

A vibrant sunset over a calm ocean, with silhouettes of palm trees in the foreground.

I Know Exactly Who You Are.

You're smart. Self-reliant. You've been handling your own life for a long time.

You research everything. You show up to every appointment prepared. You don't want to be a burden, so you tell people you're fine — even when you're not even close to fine.

You're not falling apart. But you're not okay either.

And somewhere underneath the fear and the fatigue and the endless appointments, there's a version of you that is absolutely furious about what this has taken from you.

That woman? She's who I work with.

Who You Are Talking To

In 2023, I Was You.

Stage 4 lung cancer. Spread to my ribs, liver, sacrum, and pelvis. No treatment options. Six to eight months to live.

I was single. I was alone. And I had a choice to make.

I could follow their timeline, or create my own.  I studied, I fasted, I nourished, I listened - to my body, not just the system. And I went from terminal to remission.

Now I help other single women with cancer do what no one told them was possible - build a healing path that's entirely, unapologetically theirs.

I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I've worked with Olympic athletes, master's atheletes and midlife women. I'm a cancer thriver.

And possibly the most useful person you'll talk to this year
